"Support for young couples and pensioners", Basha from Thessaloniki:

During the meeting with Albanians in Thessaloniki, the political leader of the Euro-Atlantic Coalition, Lulzim Basha, spoke about some of the points of the program to support young families and pensioners. He said that every year 30 thousand young couples will benefit from facilitated housing loans and bonuses for children, up to 20 thousand euros for the third child.

Basha emphasized that the priority is also to restore the dignity of pensioners, where the minimum pension will be 250 euros and the average 450 euros. He also said that pensioners with incomes below 300 euros will receive a fixed payment every month to fully cover their medicines and energy bills.

"Starting from young Albanian couples to have the opportunity to get an apartment with a loan, which today is unthinkable for the vast majority of couples. And Albania is not only being emptied by emigration, but is also being depopulated by infertility. 30 thousand young couples every year, who with the money of the state budget will benefit from a reduction in loan interests and collateral conditions with the bonus for babies 5-fold of what they receive today for the first and second child and 20 thousand euros for the third child, we will remove part of the financial burden that today is entirely on your shoulders, we will make it a manageable financial burden from the Albanian state budget.

Pensioners with the lowest pensions and the highest prices. Our first and main commitment is the Albanian economy, the revitalization of which will increase the income base and will enable the Albanian state to respond to the most needy categories through these revenues. By cutting the legs of Albanian corruption, by making it clear that the money cannot be with Edi Rama's friends and Albanian pensioners, but will be with Albanian pensioners and not with Rama's friends, we assume the minimum pension of 250 euros, the average pension of 450 euros and above all we assume that all those pensioners under 300 euros, receive a fixed payment every month to fully cover their medicines and energy bills. There will be no more non-refundable medicines for Albanian pensioners" - said Basha.
