SPAK requests the lifting of immunity and the arrest of Balluk / Here are the steps the Parliament is following

The Special Prosecution Office (SPAK) requested this Tuesday afternoon from the Parliament to lift the immunity and obtain authorization to arrest Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku, who is accused of "Violation of equality in public tenders or auctions."
What happens after SPAK's request? Here are the steps to follow:
Depositing the request in the Assembly
-SPAK officially submits to the Assembly the request for authorization to arrest/lift Balluk's immunity, along with the relevant justifications and materials.
The matter goes to the Council on Rules of Procedure, Mandates and Immunity.
According to the practice provided for in the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly:
-The Speaker of the Assembly sends the request for review to this Council, the parliamentary body that deals with the mandate and immunity of deputies.
-The Council reviews the request and accompanying documents, gives the parties, including the MP whose immunity is being requested, the opportunity to explain themselves, and prepares a recommendation report for the plenary session.
The MP (in this case Balluku) is notified of the request and has the right to provide clarifications before the Council.
-After the Council's report, the request is sent to the plenary session of the Assembly.
-In the session, the deputies review the request and vote on the authorization to lift immunity.
-The decision is made by vote of the deputies (open vote). If the majority of the deputies approve it, the immunity is lifted.
If the Assembly approves the waiver of immunity:
-SPAK may continue with security measures (such as house arrest or prison), with the authorization of the Assembly.
-The decision for arrest or similar measure is made by the court, but only after the lifting of immunity by the Assembly.
