The prosecution provides details about the arrest of Gjesti, suspected of several criminal offenses

After the arrest of rapper Gjesti, details are coming to light. The prosecution was the one who provided details about Gjesti's detention and what is expected to happen from now on.
"The Basic Prosecution Office in Pristina, General Department, informs the public that by order of the Custodian Prosecutor, one (1) person has been detained for 48 hours, due to the well-founded suspicion that he has committed the criminal offenses: "Unauthorized ownership, control or possession of weapons" under Article 366 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo, for the criminal offense of "Threat" under Article 181 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo, as well as the criminal offense of "Destruction or damage to property" under Article 321 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
The detained person is known to the public as the singer Gjesti.
The State Prosecutor, in coordination and cooperation with the Kosovo Police, is taking all necessary investigative and procedural actions regarding this case.
Due to the early stage of the investigative procedure and in order to preserve the integrity of the investigation, no additional details regarding the case can be provided at this stage.
The Basic Prosecution Office in Pristina, within the legal deadlines, will undertake the necessary procedural actions and decide on further measures in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
