Prime Minister Edi Rama has published this Thursday a video with reports from SP political leaders on meetings with citizens within the framework of the "Loyal Presence".

Belinda Balluku states that 262 complaints have been administered, 14 hearings have been held and around 300 citizens have been met.

Three meetings were held in Lezha and 34 complaints were registered, mainly for issues related to the Albanian Civil Aviation Authority, reconstruction and infrastructure. While in Kukës, Tropojë and Has, a total of 33 requests were registered.

Ulsi Manja also shows one of the reactions of citizens during the meetings.

"I believe that what you will write, this problem of mine, will go to Edi Rama's desk," Manja quoted a citizen.

Another issue identified is that of legalization. Enea Karakaçi said that concerns have also been raised about apartments built before 1991, and a meeting was held with the head of the Cadastre on this issue.

The focus is also on the digitalization of the process. Blendi Klosi said that Artificial Intelligence can be used to identify the responsible institution and prepare communications with legal references.

Bledi Çuçi said that MPs have been given a unified form for registering complaints, while Arbjan Mazniku spoke about real-time tracking of responses from institutions.

Rama said that citizens do not go to these meetings to appear in the media, but to present their problems.

"People don't come there to appear on TV or Instagram... this will give everyone the opportunity to feel at ease when they come to cry about something," the Prime Minister said.
