World Cup/ 2 kilometer queue at the border with Greece, delays caused by working with two counters

A high flow of vehicles was recorded this Saturday at the Qafë Bota border crossing, where thousands of citizens waited to cross into Greece.
The queue of vehicles has reached about 2 kilometers, stretching to near the intersection with the entrance road to the city of Konispol.
According to information, the reason for the queues was delays on the Greek side, which is working with only two counters, while the Albanian side is operating with four counters.
Data from the Qafë Bota Police Station indicates that by 1:30 p.m., around 1,700 people, both local and foreign, had been registered as crossing towards Greece.
The reported figures show that 800 Albanian citizens and 848 foreign citizens have left, while a total of 565 vehicles have been processed, of which 276 are Albanian and 290 are foreign.
