Simone Inzaghi was "awarded" again by the satirical show "Striscia la Notizia" with the "Tapiro d'Oro", after the heavy 5-0 defeat in the Champions League final against PSG. The Inter coach was interviewed by "Canale 5" and the show published some of his statements:

"The Munich final went really badly for us, today I don't really feel like talking. I've always been sporty; losing hurts, but we accept it. We reached the Champions League final even more confident in ourselves, but unfortunately we didn't make it. PSG is a strong team, they deserved the victory."

The journalist then asked him a question about his future, teasing him about whether or not he would go to Saudi Arabia. The coach from Piacenza chose not to answer, remaining completely silent.

It is difficult to interpret this choice, but it is clear that until the meeting with Marotta, neither side will give clear signals. The possibilities of the Italian leaving are real.
