Now official! Asllani lands in Istanbul, signs for Besiktas

The Asllani "Saga" comes to an end, with the red and black midfielder choosing Turkey to continue his career.

For the first time, Asllani leaves Italy to start a new adventure in Istanbul.

This was a difficult choice for Asllani, and initially it seemed that luck was not on his side as a plane defect prevented the midfielder from traveling to Istanbul on Thursday, as planned, but he landed this Friday at 12:00 local time.

Asllani then underwent medical tests to sign a contract with the Besiktas team.

The midfielder is on loan until the end of this season, with an option to buy from Besiktas. According to Turkish media, the Bianconeri can permanently buy his card for a fixed price of 10 million euros.

Besiktas once again proves its attraction to red and black footballers, as the Istanbul club also owns Ernest Muçi. Next season, the two Albanian football stars could play on the same team if Trabzonspor does not buy Muçi's card and if Besiktas is convinced to keep Asllan in the team.
