Tiarana 'on fire' from the student revolt, Rama's stance and message for his people become clear

The government meeting, which began around 12:30, has concluded on a day when the student protest in front of the Ministry of Education was accompanied by tensions and clashes with the police.
During the meeting, Prime Minister Edi Rama conveyed to the ministers his position that the people involved in the violent acts are not students.
As for the other protesters, whom he considers students, he has asked that they be heard and their concerns be taken into consideration.
The head of government's stance comes after the escalation of the situation in front of the Ministry of Education, where demonstrators tore down metal railings and road signs, and threw hard objects at police forces.
A day earlier, 23 protesters were escorted to the police station, while seven others received medical treatment at the hospital. The demonstration is continuing for the second day in a row, while tensions have accompanied developments in the capital.
