"Your b**** on my mind"/ Scandal, KLP member sends photos of genitals to citizen

The case published today on the show "Stop" presents the story of a citizen from Tirana, identified as RM, who claims to have faced serious injustices from the justice system.
According to her, the story begins about two years ago, when she was raped by her ex-partner. As a result of the violence, she also lost the child she was expecting, after she was several months pregnant.
Due to her serious physical and psychological condition, RM did not immediately report the abuser.
Meanwhile, the latter, to prevent an investigation against him, files a report with the Tirana Prosecutor's Office, accusing the woman of stalking.
The case is being reviewed by prosecutor Rovena Zoto. RM states that she was not made aware of this proceeding for about 9 months and only learned about it when she was summoned to court, where the prosecutor sought her sentence.
During the hearings at the Tirana Court, she claims that the situation worsened after prosecutor Zoto felt offended by a mention that RM made of her father's name.
According to the citizen, this brought a harsh reaction from the prosecutor, who threatened the complainant with prison, subsequently opening another criminal proceeding. In these conditions, RM began to complain to the new justice institutions, but received no response.
At this stage, she says, she was contacted on Facebook by Olger Eminaj, a member of the High Prosecutorial Council. After exchanging contacts, the communication moved to WhatsApp.
According to materials provided by the "Media and Justice Association", the communications between RM and Olger Eminaj have taken on a deeply erotic nature.
KLP member Eminaj has sent photos of his sexual organ and has had conversations with sexual content, even during official hours and within the premises of the institution where he works.
