This citizen was declared an international wanted person after the Shkodra Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction assigned him the security measure "Arrest in prison" for the criminal offenses of "Intentional Murder", attempted murder and "Unauthorized Possession and Production of Weapons, Explosive Weapons and Ammunition".
This citizen is accused of attempting to kill citizen EP, 27 years old, with a firearm in the village of Malikolaj, Velipojë, for weak motives.
Interpol Tirana and Interpol Rome will carry out the procedures for the extradition of this citizen to Albania.
