The eight people arrested in connection with Altin Ndoc's escape from Durres hospital will appear before the Durres Court today, where they will be informed of the security measures.

Among those arrested are head nurse Aulon Çuko, deputy chief of the prison police, Desdemon Pazaj, and five escort police officers: Dorjan Saraçi, Sal Ferollari, Preng Marvataj, Fatjon Baçi and Aranit Çela. Citizen Violeta Uka, responsible for notifying the operating rooms during the escort, was also arrested.

Also, yesterday, the former director of Durrës prison, Indrit Cerloj, was arrested as part of the same operation.

Altin Ndoci, one of the most talked about names in the criminal world, defendant in the "Golden Bullet" trial and considered the hired killer of the criminal organization led by the brothers Franc and Hajdar Çopja, escaped on Tuesday from the premises of the regional hospital in Durrës.
He was accompanied by prison police officers for a medical examination in the Infectious Diseases ward in the special room where detainees or convicts are treated, because he had shown kidney problems. Another detainee was also visiting the hospital with Ndoci.
Sources say that at one point he asked to go to the toilet where he hit one of the 3 prison police officers and left.

In the hospital parking lot, a white Audi, A7, with AA700RS license plates, was waiting for him and as soon as he got in, the vehicle drove off in the direction of the hospital, losing all trace of it.
The young man, originally from Puka and living in Tirana, was arrested by SPAK in Tirana 6 years ago during the “Golden Bullet” operation and is accused of contract killing. He was accused in this trial of the murder of Andi Zylyfi and the wounding of Ardit Uruçi, an event in which the contract killer Nuredin Dumani, who holds the status of a repentant of justice, was implicated. To carry out this murder, he was recruited by Talo Cela, once a friend and then an enemy of Nuredin Dumani.
After the clash between the two friends, Dumani acted on behalf of Erion ALibej, an opponent of the Çopja, while Talo Cela acted on behalf of Franc and Hajdar Copja.
SPAK investigations show that Ndoci had acted as a killer on behalf of the Çopja organization. He is considered a person of high social risk.
