Berisha continues his strong attacks: SPAK is a section of the SP
DP leader Sali Berisha continued his attacks on SPAK after leaving the premises of this institution, accusing it of remaining silent in the face of legal changes approved by the majority.
In his statement to the media, Berisha said that the law voted by Edi Rama deals, according to him, "a fatal blow" to the investigation and indictment process, while SPAK should have reacted publicly.
Berisha accused SPAK leaders of being part of a deal with Edi Rama and reiterated his position that this institution is “a slandered section of the SP.” He also said that the Council of Europe has not given approval to the changes made by the government and raised questions about SPAK’s silence on issues that, according to him, affect the investigation, the media and the role of the court.
Berisha: Now you're all curious about what I found there.
There, everyone was packing their bags.
They were packing their suitcases, filling the hallway with files that looked like they were taking them to be burned, and chanting "Long live the Socialist Party."
Listen, with the law that their leader, Edi Rama, voted in parliament, it deals a fatal blow to the investigation, the investigation process, and the accusation process.
The first body that should have reacted is this body, which, in the most shameful way, remained silent like a blade of grass in response to such a law.
Meanwhile, I was informed by Strasbourg that the Council of Europe absolutely does not agree with any of the changes made by Edi Rama. It has not given any approval for these changes and has made this clear to Edi Rama.
What does their silence mean?
Their silence means that they are part of the conspiracy being made against this country to destroy the investigation now that Edi Rama and his thieves have arrived on the scene.
So, their silence shows that we are dealing with an agreement between them and Edi Rama, I have always declared to you that this is a slanderous section of the SP.
That these are people without law and morality.
Can the central prosecution institution, such as SPAK for officials, remain silent in the face of the law, which paralyzes the investigation?
Can a justice institution remain silent in the face of a law that restores dictatorship censorship?
Which excludes the media from their mission of informing the public.
Can a true institution of prosecution remain silent in the face of the fact that it will be forced to submit evidence to the judge for approval, without making a judgment, which transforms the judge into an investigator in an unprecedented act?
And these are silent like a blade of grass, like the shadow of shame, and show what kind of mercenaries they are.
