Protesters surround Kosovo Assembly: No MP should leave without approving the law on Specialized Chambers

Protesters have surrounded the premises of the Kosovo Assembly building demanding the approval of the draft law amending the Law on Specialized Chambers.

 They have said that “no MP can leave without approving the law.” The extraordinary session that has this very draft law on the agenda was scheduled to begin at 9:00 AM, but it has not yet begun.

The KLA War Veterans Organization has also joined the protest. The head of this organization, Hysni Gucati, has said that if the law is not voted on, the protest will escalate.
