Anti-Trump protests in several US cities against war on Iran

Protests against the Trump administration are taking place in several American cities.
Organizers say they are protesting policies imposed by US President Donald Trump, including the war in Iran, federal immigration enforcement and the rising cost of living.
"Trump wants to rule us like a tyrant. But this is America and the power belongs to the people, not those who aspire to be kings or their billionaire friends ," the organizers said.
Trump allies have previously denounced the " No Kings" protests as an " anti-American rally " and accused participants of being affiliated with the far-left Antifa movement.
Throughout the day on Saturday, demonstrations will take place in almost every major US city, including New York, Washington and Los Angeles.
Rallies have already begun in Washington and other cities, with crowds marching toward the nation's capital from neighboring Arlington, Virginia. Protesters have lined the steps of the Lincoln Memorial and filled the National Mall.
Protesters hold portraits of Trump, Vice President JD Vance and other administration officials, calling for their removal.
