Protests were held in Kocani, North Macedonia, but also in Skopje, following the death of 59 people who lost their lives as a result of a fire in a nightclub.
Many citizens gathered in Kocani today, demanding justice, while protesters went to the second bar of the owner of the disco where the tragedy occurred, destroying it.
Also, according to North Macedonian media, protesters in Kocani threw eggs and bottles at the city hall, breaking doors and windows.
They have demanded answers from the relevant authorities about the tragedy that shook the city. They asked to meet with the mayor, Ljubcho Papazov, who has already resigned.
