Sorrel and yogurt soup

Ingredients :

500 gr meat
300 gr sorrel
4-5 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 small onion
250 ml yogurt Salt
, pepper
Parsley, mint

Preparation :

Divide the meat into portions, marinate it with a little salt and fry it with 4-5 tablespoons of oil. Cut the onion into small cubes and add it to the meat. Stir it with a wooden spoon and fry it over low heat, so that it becomes transparent and melts. Then add a spoonful of water to prevent it from turning reddish. Add black pepper, 500-600 ml of water and leave it on the fire until the meat is completely cooked.

Meanwhile, after washing the sorrel well and draining it, cut it into large pieces and add it to the meat at the end of the dish, leave it for 7-8 minutes. Add the yogurt, which we have beaten a little with a fork, the chopped parsley, the mint, the melted butter and remove from the heat. Taste for salt and serve the soup warm.
