The relationship that the leader of the Socialist Party and Prime Minister of Albania has with Sali Berisha, former president and former prime minister, is ancient and very understanding at a distance or in the dark alleys where they met or exchanged negotiators.

There are several reasons that make you believe that Sali Berisha and Edi Rama are together and that in essence in these times when Rama has returned as a padishah in politics; his greatest achievement is Sali Berisha. 9. Bashkë ishin dhe rezistuan sa mundën për të vonuar dhe bërjen e reformës në Drejtësi. Edhe pse si dele i ngritën kartonët “PRO”, vonuan përmes procedurave implementimin siç ishte rasti i vonesave të propozimeve që duhej të bëheshin për anëtarëtë KLP, KLGJ etj, që vareshin prej pushtetit të tyre.

10. Pas shpalljes “Non grata” nga SHBA të Sali Berishës, Edi Rama do t’i gjendej për ta mbështetur ndonëse jo direkt. Kryeministri dhe kreu i PS përmes instrumenteve të pushtetit jo vetëm nuk e pengoi, por e mbështeti Sali Berishën në dalldisjen e tij antiamerikane. Kjo gjë është krejt e vërtetuar dhe nga faturat e shpenzimeve ku dalin njerëz të lidhur me PS.

11. A nuk ishte Edi Rama që e la bandën e Sali Berishës që për herë në histori, ndoshta jo vetëm në Shqipëri të sulmonte shtëpinë e vet PD, e cila i kishte dhënë shumë atij dhe gjithëtaborit që e ndjek. E kryeministrit iu desh të ndërhynte vetëm kur e telefonuan ndërkombëtarët, kur kuptuan se Saliu ishte gatidhe për gjak.

12. Edi Rama vazhdoi mbështetjen me Sali Berishën edhe nëzgjedhjet e pjesshme të 6 marsit. Pazari ishte që Saliu dhe Meta të dilnin të dytët dhe Rama le t’i merrte bashkitë, teksa përmes trukut iu fali Shkodrën për të ua rimarrë më 14 maj.

13. Skandali McGonigal ishte një intrigë e aktorëve të Tiranës zyrtare. Rama me dyshen Berisha-Meta, kishin si qëllim denigrimin e PD për të goditur Lulzim Bashën. Në tentativat për të nxjerrë jashtë loje Bashën u fut dhe kryeministri Rama duke ndihmuar Berishën sa herë kur ky i fundit kishte nevojë.

14. Pazari Rama- Berisha sa i takon amnistisë penale nxori nga burgu dhjetra zyrtarë të përfshirë në afera korruptive. Ka qenë SPAK që ka dhënë detaje në lidhje me personat që përfituan pas miratimit të amnistisë penale duke demaskuar PS dhe çetën e “non-gratës”.

Edi Rama mbajti peng mosbërjen e Kodit Zgjedhor me PD që drejtohej nga Lulzim Basha i cili ishte që votës së qytetarëve t’i jepej vlerë dhe jo kryetarëve, teksa pas pazarit për “Amnistinë”, Rama do të merrte një tjetër llokmë kësaj hereKodin Zgjedhor një ripërsëritje të marrëveshjes së 2008. SaliBerisha i fali pushtetin Ramës duke i dhënë votat e deputetëve tëtij kamikazë për variantin e ligjit zgjedhor që Rama donte dhe çimentuar mandatin e katërt.
