Edi Rama should apologize to the Albanians for returning Education to the limits of survival

To talk about survival education means that the damage is too great, and this is a national tragedy.
Recent reports from international organizations, the World Bank and UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization), debunk the propaganda of Rama and his ministers on education reforms.
Low investment in education and mismanagement and misadministration of resources which have brought low quality of students' learning and therefore with consequences in the economy (UNECSO 2024); low quality of students, outdated curricula and unrelated to the labor market (World Bank 2024), low quality of student training (PISA 2022, BB 2020) is a shocking panorama where education has been reduced by the Rama government.
Edi Rama, 12 years in power, not only did not increase education funding as he promised in 2013, to the level of 5% of GDP, but he has brought education to the limits of survival, only 2.36% of GDP, to the lowest level ever.
And for this there is no excuse, on the contrary, he is the number one culprit as he has lied and deceived pupils, teachers, students, lecturers, parents and the entire public with empty promises that he would develop education and not do like his predecessors.
In fact, it has buried education by dragging it to the limits of survival!
Since there has been a lack of political will to do the best in education and the use of education for power has prevailed through the propaganda of reforms and corruption with them.
The school and the university are conservative by nature and change does not happen with a propaganda TV show, they want their time to adapt to the change, of course when the reforms happen according to the standards and meeting the relevant criteria.
And when they happen not well studied, not consulted with teachers, pupils, students and parents and unknown to them, imagine what result they have and what happens to schools and universities?!
Collapse and failure, as it happened from Rama's failed clientelistic reforms!
Curricular reform in Pre-University Education 2013 brought the lowest results in PISA 2022; Altertext - translated texts with scientific and grammatical errors and not in accordance with the curriculum, the age of the students and the Albanian context; formal training of teachers while they are unqualified for changes and with technology (PISA 2022); Law 80/2015 on Higher Education has plunged universities into institutional collapse by producing low-quality students who are not suitable for the labor market (Student Protest 2018, World Bank 2024).
This is the dire situation in which Edi Rama has introduced education in 12 years of power.
Propaganda with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development which aims to "guarantee inclusive and equitable quality education, as well as create and consolidate lifelong learning opportunities for everyone". I don't drink water anymore.
Only 5 years away from this goal and education is in dire straits.
The guilt is great because it was done on purpose, the damage is serious as it directly affects the economic development of the country, so the responsibility must be at a cost.
The removal of Edi Rama to save education is a national emergency!
But Rama has an obligation to the Albanians, to apologize for the public deception and the deliberate reduction of Education to the limits of survival.
