The Veliaj case/Klodiana Lala tells why the SP MP went to SPAK

Journalist Klodiana Lala, invited to the show "Te Paekspozuarit" on MCN TV, commenting on developments regarding the case of Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj, also spoke about the SP MP, Klotilda Bushka, who appeared today at SPAK. Lala said that she has given explanations as a person under investigation, for suspicions that she intimidated a witness in the case against Veliaj.
"The Socialist Party MP and chairwoman of the Laws Committee, Klotilda Bushka, has appeared at the Special Prosecutor's Office to provide explanations as a person under investigation and not simply as a person in the know."
According to sources, Bushka was accompanied by lawyer Enrik Ligori and was questioned on suspicion of intimidating a witness in the case against Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj. The prosecution suspects that she influenced the way the witness would testify at SPAK.
There are reasonable suspicions, according to prosecutors, that companies controlled by Ajola Xoxa have received funds. If you look carefully at the investigations, it also turns out that there is a European Union fund, meaning funds that have been benefited from companies linked to Ajola Xoxa.
"In addition to funds related to the United States of America, there are also European Union funds that have been received in other municipalities, such as the case of the Municipality of Fier. This is an investigation, or more precisely, a verification that is currently being carried out by special prosecutors," said Lala.
