The most controlled people in the institutions of the Albanian state are the people of justice, who have passed through filters that others have not passed, from the High Prosecutorial Council, Vetting, there has been a Special Appeals Commission, there has also been the ONM. Do we have a similar system? We do not have one in any other sector that performs such important filtering.
