The two people you see in the photo above are the former heads of the Municipality of Tirana, Redi Molla and Mariglen Qato.
They were present at Friday's session at the Special Court, which was postponed due to the absence of the other former director, Taulant Tushe.
Redi Molla and Mariglen Qato have been indicted by SPAK in file '5D', for the criminal offenses of 'passive corruption', 'failure to declare assets' and 'money laundering'.
