The British media outlet 'The  Mirror ' wrote this Saturday about the DP protest in Tirana, referring to the Albanian English-language portal "Albanian Daily News". 

"Protesters reportedly tried to throw Molotov cocktails at a government building. A crowd of people protesting in the Albanian capital, Tirana, threw Molotov cocktails and fireworks at the office of Prime Minister Edi Rama, local media reported.

The demonstration, organized by the opposition Democratic Party, was held in response to corruption allegations against the deputy prime minister and gathered thousands of people, according to Albanian Daily News.

The political crisis in Albania has deepened since late October, when anti-corruption prosecutors accused Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku of interfering in major state contracts. She is suspected of influencing public tenders to favor certain companies in infrastructure projects, such as the Tirana Ring Road and the Llogara Tunnel, writes the well-known British media.
