The SP is keeping these proposals 'top secret', but one thing is certain from what Edi Rama said yesterday.
" We men, those who have received mandates from the SP, will put them on the field so that they deserve mandates, while we will divide the women into two parts, the women who will be the hosts of this entire process for the next 4 years and who will receive the representation of the SP in the closed part of the lists, and then the girls who will also be part of the open lists ," Rama said.
