An informal government meeting is taking place at the Brigades Palace in Tirana, called by Prime Minister Edi Rama.
On the second day of the meeting, it is learned that strategies and the electoral program for the May 11 elections are being discussed.
According to journalist Ergys Gjençaj, the focus of the discussions remains the drafting of a platform aimed at securing a fourth consecutive mandate for the Socialist Party, with development projects and the objective of Albania's membership in the EU within a decade.
Also, the political leaders of the regions have submitted the proposed names for the lists of deputies.
It is reported that these names will be reviewed at a special meeting of the SP leadership, which is expected to be held before the March 12 deadline.
