On May 11, Albanians elect a new government, Celibashi: The result, before Tuesday ends

On the morning of Sunday, May 11, Albanian citizens will head to the polling stations for the general parliamentary elections and to form the new government, which will be in power for a 4-year term.
Unlike previous elections, this time all Albanians of the diaspora living outside the borders of Albania will have the opportunity to exercise their right to vote, from the country they live in. Meanwhile, the distribution of ballots has begun in some of them.
Focusing specifically on the May 11 elections from the show "Opinion" on Tv Klan, the head of the CEC, Ilirjan Celibashi, explained to the public how the voting process will take place. In the studio, he also showed an example of the ballot paper. Asked by journalist Blendi Fevziu, Celibashi indicated when the results for political parties and open list candidates could be ready.
Blendi Fevziu: When do you think, Mr. Celibashi, that we will have an election result?
Ilirjan Celibashi: I believe that before Tuesday ends we will have the results for both political parties and the distribution of mandates for candidates on the open list. Blendi Fevziu:
Closing on Tuesday, which falls about 48 hours after the closing of voting.
Ilirjan Celibashi: We will try to stay within the provisions of the law. We did this in 2021, so that we could have the results for political parties and coalitions, as well as candidates on the open list.
Blendi Fevziu: Where will there be electronic voting ?
Ilirjan Celibashi: It will only be in unit 10 in Tirana and in the Municipality of Vora. It is a pilot project in fact. Blendi Fevziu:
You only stayed in Vora and the time you spent in Vora, why don't you do it in all of Tirana and get rid of all the embarrassment.
Ilirjan Celibashi: We have discussed it with political parties and there is still no confidence, there is hesitation.
