With voice and image, SPAK seizes a wiretapping device in Agas's office! The names of the persons under wiretapping are revealed

A wiretapping device, which recorded audio and video, was seized by BKH investigators in the office of Ergys Agas, in the former Blloku area. The device recorded audio and video of all persons entering and leaving his office in the former Blloku area.

According to "MaShqip" sources close to the SPAK institution, it is said that the Special Prosecution Office has extracted a lot of compromising material from this seized device. The device was installed by businessman Ergys Agasi himself, with the aim of recording conversations he had with senior officials of the governing administration and the State Police.

But now, this eavesdropping device, a laptop, and about 7 phones, seized from his office and apartment, have become the main evidence that SPAK has in its hands, creating serious accusations against Agas, businessman Ermal Beqiri, the director of AKSHI, Mirlinda Karçanaj, and other officials.

The eavesdropping device installed in the office also revealed Mirlinda Karçanaj's meeting with Ergys Agas. In addition to Karçanaj, the meetings with Agas also featured ministers, deputies, directors of administration, well-known names from the State Police, Local Police Directorates, various businessmen, as well as figures from the Albanian underworld.

Due to the large amount of compromising materials, SPAK has divided file no. 20, which concerns cigarette smuggling, into several other factions, such as 20/1, 20/2 and 20/3, following a line of investigation into the conversations, meetings and benefits that Ergys Agasi received from the state administration.

Now, in these files, the focus is on police officers, call center and sports betting businessmen, as well as other administration officials.

The AKSHI file, against Ergys Agas, AKSHI director Mirlinda Karçanaj, other AKSHI officials and businessman Ermal Beqiri, also arose from the investigation of the cigarette smuggling file from Albania to Greece, Turkey and Cyprus.
