Entered illegally after being expelled by the Court, the Albanian is caught driving around the streets of Italy

Italian Carabinieri in Brescia have arrested a 31-year-old Albanian who had returned to the country illegally after being expelled, due to criminal activity and a court conviction.
During daily patrols along the main road, "Regional Road 11", officers of the Peschiera del Garda Unit noticed a large motorbike driven by a young man.
He was stopped and subjected to a search. When he presented documentation proving his identity, the carabinieri became suspicious. In fact, the document contained only his wife's surname. At this point, the carabinieri took the 31-year-old to the Peschiera del Garda Company Headquarters for further investigations, with the aim of determining his true identity.
After taking fingerprints, it was determined that the 31-year-old, already known to law enforcement, was subject to a five-year deportation order issued by the Prefecture of Brescia starting in 2022.
After the Verona Public Prosecutor's Office was notified, the 31-year-old was arrested for violating the order and held in the Command's detention cells.
On the morning of December 20, the 31-year-old appeared before the judge of the Verona Court, who confirmed the arrest and postponed the hearing until March 2026.
