An integral part of the script for Mirlinda Karcanaj's interview with Grida Duma was the emotional impact that had to be conveyed to the public, in order for Edi Rama's director to overturn the image of the woman, who turned out to have become part of a criminal organization that took businessmen hostage when they dared to disobey.
The tears streaming down her cheeks, the narration with a trembling voice, or the difficulty in speaking were part of this scenario to build Mirlinda Karçanaj's profile as that of a woman in difficult times, not as the head of a state institution managed by crime and bandits.
But as in any theatrical act, when the performance begins, slips from reality can occur and this was seen in the interview in a non-existent fact that was talked about from both sides of the microphone. In the interview at minute 22 and 31 seconds, Grida Duma takes for granted a video recorded in Ergys Agas's private office and which, according to her, "the public has seen hundreds of thousands of times."
"What should the public be told about the video that has been seen thousands and hundreds of thousands of times, when you appear in the office and are talking personally, friendly, etc.?" asks Grida Duma.
Every journalist currently knows that such a video has not been published in any media. Their existence is known, and belongs to Ergys Agas's hidden cameras, but the truth is that so far the media have released photos that were taken from the SPAK file with the relevant captions.
But instead of correcting this detail that further tarnished her image, Mirlinda Karçanaj continued to speak as if she knew about these videos that had been broadcast in the media. Only in her response, she used this to complain about the abuses that had been committed by "news fabricators", compared herself to a man from the times of the Inquisition "dragged on the street" and mentioned her destroyed family.
Her response was in sync with Grida Duma, as if the public had seen a video and as if it had been abused in the media, causing a family drama.
“One of the most disturbing moments of this horror story is the way a moment that was disconnected and completely out of context was taken and turned into one of those alleged crimes from the time of the Inquisition when a person becomes the object of abuse and is dragged through the streets. What video was that? I'm sorry!
At one point, Grida Duma even managed to escape an off-script question: “Who abused these videos?” Karçanaj didn't move a muscle. Focused on the sheet of paper in her lap, she didn't answer, but continued word for word what she had learned beforehand, like a puppet that had been trained.

Unë nuk dua të qahem këtu Grida, por kush përdor fragmente të tilla për të ndikuar opinionin, për të krijuar avantazhe ka një përgjegjësi shumë të madhe, po përgjegjësi shumë të madhe sepse shkatërron familje, shkatërron jetë njerëzish dhe krijon një damkë që mund të jetë edhe me pasoja fatale për një familje.” u shpreh Karçanaj.
Eshtë e ditur tanimë që Ergys Agasi, kishte një kamera të fshehtë në zyrën e tij, ku mes të tjerëve është filmuar Mirlinda Karçanaj. Por filmimet janë ende në SPAK dhe në media kanë rrjedhur vetëm disa foto, larg kontekstit që e sollën Grida Duma dhe Mirlinda Karçanaj.
Realiteti është se imazhet në dosjen e SPAK, kur Karçanaj gjendet në zyrën e Agasit, aty flitet për tenderat e AKSHI-t dhe operatorë të tjerë ekonomikë që kishin interesa tek ky institucion.
Madje në një nga fotot, që është pjesë e dosjes, në prani të Mirlinda Karçanajt, Ergys Agasi ka thënë sipas tranksriptit të SPAK se “…projekti bën 2 milion, ne do ta bëjmë 4”.+
Në një diçiturë tjetër Mirlinda Karçanaj është duke folur në telefon dhe SPAK ka zbardhur fjalët “Që e kërkojnë edhe zyrtarisht..”
Kur flitet për natyrën e marrëdhënies mes Mirlinda Karçanajt dhe Egys Agasit, nuk ka asnjë hamendësim tjetër, përveç asaj që përshkruhet si pjesë e skemës së përfitimit të parave të paligjshme.
Në dosje, Karçanaj ka rrëfyer takimet me Ergys Agasin dhe ka deklaruar se ka raport miqësor, ka njohje të vjetra dhe e ka takuar disa herë në zyrën e tij, për çështje private. Lidhur me shtetasin Ermal Beqiri, znj. Karçanaj ka deklaruar se e ka takuar njëherë rastësisht në zyrën e z. Agasi, ku z. Agasi donte të bënte një partneritet me një kompani izraelite.

It has happened differently in other files, when prosecutors have shown themselves to be "irresponsible" by deliberately infringing on other defendants' private lives, and this seems to have been the purpose of mentioning a video that is currently circulating and that "the public has seen hundreds of thousands of times"?!!!

The idea of a public lynching was necessary to realize the scenario of producing a victim, one that portrays a woman abused by the media, a mother who bears the weight of the mistakes of a new justice system, but most recently also with a family destroyed by videos published in the media by "news fabricators".
But the script is missing a small detail, there is no video. At least until now, except for Grida Duma and Mirlinda Karçanaj who mention it with so much drama, the public has not been familiar with their existence.
