The political leader of the Euro-Atlantic Coalition, Lulzim Basha, has reacted to Prime Minister Edi Rama, asking him to engage in an open debate.
In a video on social media, Basha says that he is active in meetings with Democrats and candidates for the upcoming elections. "Here I am, with Oriola Pampurin and the Euro-Atlantic Democrats at 'Ali Dem'. Yesterday I was in Tirana, today in Shkodra. And you, Ram, why are you hiding in the basement?" - he says.
Basha does not spare the irony towards Rama by asking him about some of the well-known figures of the Socialist Party, some of whom are in prison and others on the run. “Where are you, Ram? Where is Lal? Where is Ben? Where is Liri? What about Teri, what about Saje? Where are they, Rame? Come on, Rame, come out of the basement, don't hide, why are you afraid?” – he concludes.
