The head of the Central Election Commission has provided details regarding PER registrations, a process that began on January 11 and ended on March 4.
He explained that the first application came from a citizen from Germany on January 11, 00:08 after midnight from the start of the process.
While the application from the oldest citizen came from Germany and was 98 years old, born in 1927.
The registration requests come from various countries around the world. The highest number of approved requests comes from Italy with 91,223, followed by Greece with 68,223, Germany with 25,499, as well as the USA with 20,653 and the UK with 17,227.
By gender, the highest percentage of registrants is male, with 212,982 requests, while females are 152,184.
