Elections and lists/ Rama gathers political leaders in the regions today

Socialist leader Edi Rama is holding a closed-door meeting today with the political leaders of the 12 regions.
Each of them submits a preliminary list of candidates for deputies. The discussion will focus on the possible names for each district, as well as their division between the names on the safe list and those that will be subject to the preferential vote of the voters.
Following this discussion, the list of candidates for deputies will be certified at a meeting of the Socialist Party leadership on Wednesday. Wednesday is also the deadline for submitting lists of candidates for deputies to the CEC.
On Saturday, the Prime Minister held a retreat with ministers, political leaders, and the leadership of the Socialist Party parliamentary group that concluded with an analysis of each sector in both central and local government.
The discussion focused on the capitalization that the government will make of its projects for the May 11 campaign.
