Islam Dudaev wins silver medal in Turkey

Islam Dudaev started the year with a medal. The Albanian wrestler won a silver medal at the “Yaşar Doğu, Vehbi Emre and Hamit Kaplan” International Tournament, which is taking place in Turkey.

Dudaev climbed to the podium in the 70 kg category, in the freestyle wrestling style, bringing another success for Albania in this discipline.

The 30-year-old faced the wrestler from Kyrgyzstan, Tabaldjev. Islam Dudaev, among his many successes with Albania, is the European champion in 2024 and the winner of the bronze medal at the Olympic Games in Paris.
