The young man's call to protest: On November 28, all Albanians should unite for the final liberation of the country

During the protest in front of the Prime Minister's Office, one of the young participants called on Albanians inside and outside the country to join in a broad protest on November 28.

In a statement to the media, the activist emphasized that the protesters' goal is not simply to remove Edi Rama from the post of prime minister and replace him with another leader, but to radically change the political system in the country.

He demanded the drafting of a new Constitution, calling on Rama and the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, to repeal the 2008 Constitution. According to the protestor, the constitutional changes of that time are one of the causes of the current political crisis.

"Join the final liberation of Albania on November 28. […] We do not want to depose one autocrat and raise another. We want fundamental solutions in this country. A new Constitution is needed here," he said.

The young man also states that the institutions and Parliament have lost their function, repeating the call for Albanians to unite in the announced protest.
