The lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu put forward the idea of keeping weapons with permission by family members in businesses in Albania in conditions where the police and the state seem impossible to protect citizens from crime.

When even Pogradec is terrorized, what can we expect in Vlora, Lezhë, Fier or Durrës? Isn't it time for the state to legalize the carrying of weapons with a permit for self-defense in homes and businesses.
