Raped his niece, 34-year-old arrested in Gjirokastra

Another case of domestic violence has been registered in our country.

A 34-year-old man has been arrested by the Gjirokastra Police after he physically assaulted his niece, who was issued a protection order.

" The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Gjirokastra Police Commissariat arrested in flagrante delicto the citizen EL, 34 years old, resident of Gjirokastra, after he had exercised physical violence against his niece, who was issued with a protection order ," the announcement states.

The procedural materials were passed on to the Gjirokastra Prosecutor's Office for further action.
