"My face, toad head...", conflict over house and wall in Progonat, lawyer throws stones at neighbor

Fiks Fare denounced that in the village of Progonat in Tepelena, a conflict has been going on for almost 4 years, while no institution, be it the police, the prosecution, the court or even the Cadastre itself, has resolved it.

The show's editorial office received videos of this conflict, where several residents of the area, heirs of the late lady, Aishe Daci, were forcibly evicted without any court decision, without enforcement or police by Zaçe and Liljana Islami, who claim that the apartment belongs to the family of Liljana Islami (Daci). Fiksi talks to Arta Daci, one of Aishe's heirs, who says that she and her 2 sisters were forcibly evicted from this couple in 2022, while the property in question, which is also the subject of the conflict, was their property, built by her mother and brother, who have passed away. Subsequently, an error was made in the Cadastre, where the property in question was registered in the name of a neighbor, who is not related to Liljana or Arta. This neighbor has made a statement that the property belongs to Aishe Daci.
Meanwhile, at the moment the sisters asked to transfer the property to their name, the couple in question also appeared, opening a lawsuit, since Zaçe Islami is a lawyer, and presenting the neighbor's statement in this lawsuit. But, they only use the phrase "it's not mine", not using "it's Aishe Daci's". They win the first instance, while Arta and her sisters were not aware and were not even summoned. Not even the Tepelena Cadastre and the neighbors.
Later, the Cadastre appealed this decision, as did Arta, and currently there is no final decision, an execution order for the property to be released to Zaçe and Liljana. They forced us out, we took our belongings to a hut and they are rotting," says Arta.
After taking over this apartment, the couple Zaçe and Liljana Islami have been in conflict with their neighbors, the heirs of Refi Guga. After they leave Zaçe's apartment, Fiks tries to talk to the crime chief, asking him why the conflict has not been resolved. He says that the parties will be accompanied and that we can get the information from the spokesperson. He refuses to give explanations.
Fiksi follows the police van that stops at an apartment, where the informant Sokol Guga was staying. The police go to the gate and ask him to go to the police station.
