Agreement with the US on rare earth minerals! Zelensky announces that he has received a new version of the project: It is completely different from what we discussed!

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced today that he has received from the United States a new version of the agreement on rare earth minerals, which he said differs from the previous framework.
"The Ukrainian side (…) officially received the American proposals today," the Ukrainian president said at a press conference, without revealing details of the new version.
According to local media, the proposal is not at all favorable for Ukraine.
Zelensky said the draft agreement is "completely different" from what he discussed.
He said he would request further study from legal services. He added that Kiev would not accept a deal that threatens its European integration and that Ukraine would not recognize US military aid as a loan.
Zelensky also accused Russian President Vladimir Putin of seeking to prolong the war with his proposal for a "temporary government" in Ukraine, under UN administration.
“Everything he does delays any opportunity (…) to negotiate to end the war,” Zelensky said.
"Putin is afraid of talking to me," he claimed.
He said his country would agree to hold talks with any other representative of Russia, except Putin.
