Requested replacement of 'prison arrest' measure, GJKKO rejects Ilir Shtufi's request

The Criminal Court of Kosovo has rejected businessman Ilir Shtufi's request to replace the security measure of "prison arrest", leaving in force the measure imposed against him within the framework of investigations into criminal group and money laundering.

As Top Channel journalist Anila Hoxha reports, Shtufi, who was arrested in Greece, has been placed at the center of an investigation by the Prosecutor's Office, and he faces charges related to criminal activity and money laundering.

The businessman has also been mentioned for his connections with Shkëlzen Berisha.
