"They kidnapped me and threatened me", Veliaj reacts from his cell with a video with AI: Even if they internecine me on the Moon, I won't stop

Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj has reacted from his cell through a video created with artificial intelligence, in which he claims that despite his arrest and detention, he continues to approve projects for the capital.
In his response, Veliaj accuses the institutions of what he calls political persecution and unconstitutional dismissal. He states that he has been held in detention for 20 months and that he has been transferred from one cell to another without the relevant documentation.
Despite this situation, Veliaj says that he has approved projects for the construction of 15 new nurseries and kindergartens in Tirana, while emphasizing that during his administration, the number of facilities built or designed in this category reaches 130.
"After they kidnapped me from the Mayor's office with anonymous letters, after they tried to dismiss me from office in an unconstitutional manner, after they ruined the management of Tirana, after they have persecuted me and kept me in political detention for 20 months, in a ping-pong of courts, after they kidnapped me to change my dungeon without a single note and after they threatened me there too, today I again approved the projects for 15 new nurseries and kindergartens for the children of Tirana!", writes Veliaj.
He adds that he will not give up his priorities, no matter where he may be sent.
"Not in Durrës and Fier, but even in Hënë, if they want to internecine me, I will remain loyal to my priorities!", he says.
According to the list published by Veliaj, the projects envisage the construction of new buildings in several areas of Tirana, including Don Bosko, Fresku, Kodra e Diellit, Liqeni i Thatë, Train Station, Tufina, Tregu Elektrik, Fusha e Aviacioni, Zogu i Zi, Yzberisht and Astir, as well as in Petrelë e Dajt.
