The Constitutional Court decided today to review the government's appeal against the suspension of Belinda Balluku from the position of minister and deputy prime minister, who is accused of the Llogara tunnel and under investigation for Lot 4 of the Grand Ring Road.

The Constitutional Court decided to reinstate Balluk until the request is reviewed on January 22, a session that will be public.

But what can SPAK do? Journalist Klodiana Lala said that this decision of the Constitutional Court does not affect the investigation of the Special Prosecution. However, it remains to be seen what move the Prosecution may take, whether it will go further with a harsher measure such as house arrest or prison arrest, for which it will have to seek authorization from the Parliament.

"He can address the Mandates Committee and request authorization for other measures against Balluk. But for house arrest, imprisonment or home search, authorization will have to be obtained from the Assembly. The ban on leaving the country remains in force. The Constitutional Court cannot comment on this because the Prime Minister has not raised any claims regarding this part," said Lala.
