US Charge d'Affaires welcomes Commander Alban Dervishi, congratulates him on assuming command of USS Pearl Harbor: Let's make America stronger

The US Chargé d'Affaires in Tirana, Nancy VanHorn, welcomed today (March 28) at the embassy, Commander Alban Dervishi, whom she congratulated on assuming command of the USS Pearl Harbor.
The embassy, through a post on the social network Facebook, announces that VanHorn and Dervishi also discussed the importance of the partnership between the two countries "to make America stronger."
“Charge d’Affaires Nancy VanHorn welcomed Commander Alban Dervishi to the embassy to congratulate him on assuming command of the USS Pearl Harbor this June and to discuss the importance of our defense partnerships in making America stronger. As part of his visit, Commander Dervishi, accompanied by staff from the Office of Defense Cooperation, also met with Rear Admiral Adnan Agastra at the Naval Forces Command where he had the opportunity to participate in some of the activities there,” the embassy announced.
