23-year-old arrested in Tirana for stalking minor

A 23-year-old man has been arrested by Tirana Police, suspected of stalking a 14-year-old minor girl.

According to information from the police, the young man was caught red-handed.

" Crime Investigation Specialists of Police Station No. 3 arrested citizen RH, 23 years old, in flagrante delicto, after he was suspected of stalking a 14-year-old girl ," the police statement said.
