Aunt and uncle exclude grandchildren from property acquired in court

The show "Stop" is in Tirana with Mrs. Lindita Reci, who tells how she, along with 10 other heirs, were excluded by 3 aunts and uncles from benefiting from the inheritance from their great-grandfather. Lindita says that they have gone through 3 levels of court and have secured the right to receive 27 units, apartments, garages and shops.

Even though they have received ownership certificates, aunts Nexhmie Shaba, Marjana Vorbsi, Lejla Rakipllari and uncle Xhevdet Shaba are not vacating the apartments they have been using for 20 years.

"My mother got a piece of land from her grandfather, whose name is Rexhep Shaba. We got the property, 9 dunyas and 200 square meters. After we got the property, my aunts and uncle started building on the land and we were left in the other part that faced the road, the flowerbed. They kicked us out and we started straight away, we filed a lawsuit, it started with the First Instance Court that I got, they threw us in the Court of Appeals that I got too. I won in the High Court in 2023, which has ended. Then we made the exchange contract and the construction company, we didn't encounter any obstacles and it was ready. I got the property certificates, I went to get my entrance and they didn't let me in. They told me you are the owner, but you can't enter because I am. There are 27 units, there are 17 apartments, there are 2 shops and 6 garages. They filed and opened a lawsuit and the court dismissed their lawsuit,"  he says . the complainant.

"Stop" went to Yzberish, where the palace was built, and the heirs told what a struggle they had to enter two of them. "Stop" also asked the other side of the conflict for their position, but they did not want to explain themselves.

Journalist:  How was your time? Is this Nexhmie Shaba's bar here?

Roommate:  Yes! Who are you?

Journalist:  Is that you, Mrs. Nexhmie?

Journalist:  I'm Domenika, a journalist for the Stop show. Can I talk for a moment?

Nexhmie Shaba:  No, you can't talk!

Journalist:  Don't you want to talk?

Journalist:  I'm not calling you from the Clan, I came to ask you if you want to talk or not?

Journalist:  You won't talk, goodbye!

Nexhmije Shaba, provided with a power of attorney by her other sisters, has gone to court alleging domestic violence by her grandchildren. Meanwhile, the latter have only requested to take back the apartments they own.

As if that weren't enough, Nexhmija has been granted a 12-month protection order. The plaintiffs have practically spent 20 years to get these apartments, but the heirs must go to court again, this time to request a release of possession to enter their homes. /tvklan
