London/ Young man stayed in the tower for over two hours, police suspend access to Tower Bridge after incident

An unusual event has occurred in London where a young man climbed the city's famous Tower Bridge.
According to reports, the young man remained on the bridge for over 2 hours despite negotiations with the police. At around 1 p.m., the young man agreed to come down from the bridge. In the meantime, the police took measures by temporarily closing the bridge crossing.
The outage followed an incident on Saturday when another person spent more than 16 hours climbing the Elizabeth Tower in central London. Westminster Bridge was also closed during the incident while emergency services attended the scene.
Following this incident, the Speaker of the House of Commons, Sir Lindsay Hoyle, called for a security review to ensure that "lessons are learned" and thanked those who helped to resolve the situation safely.
