My brother was found dead in his apartment, Unique touching dedication for his loss: The emptiness I feel and my tearful eyes...

Rapper Unikkatili has made an emotional dedication to his brother, Mentor Palokaj, who was found dead on March 2 in an apartment in Pristina.
Through a post on social media, he expressed the absence he feels after his death and the pain he is going through these days.
"The emptiness I feel and my tearful eyes are seen only by you and God," were the words he wrote alongside a photo from the cemetery.
The circumstances surrounding Mentor's death have not yet been made public, while there have been numerous allegations that the death was caused by an overdose, as it was reported that police had found a firearm and suspected narcotics at the scene.
However, these statements were rejected by his cousin, Lorenc Palokaj, who stated that Mentor had been suffering from health problems for some time.
Through a long post on Facebook, Lorenc Palokaj has revealed the causes that, according to him, may have led his relative to death.
He claimed that he had been by his side for the last three weeks and that the deceased had told him that day that he was not in good health.
"I was lucky enough to spend the last three weeks of his life with him. Five days before this event, during a conversation, he told me that his legs felt a little swollen. He said this indirectly, without making it a topic, and I thought it was something common, like a momentary fatigue or a non-serious concern," he writes.
As Lorenci claims, his death at the age of 42 could very likely have been the result of medical negligence. He writes that Mentor Paplokaj had undergone medical examinations and the results were not good regarding his heart.
"They told him he had to go to the hospital. But anyone who knew Mentor knows he would never submit to this situation," writes the honoree's friend.
He also dismissed speculation that Mentor may have died of an overdose, claims which circulated in the media.
"I am 1000% sure that the cause of death was not as speculated, but rather health problems. All those who knew him know what I am saying," he emphasized, among other things.
He also writes that in the last few days he had spent with her, he had noticed that Mendor looked at him as if he were seeing him for the last time.
"The way he looked at me that day was different. It was a deep gaze, as if he knew that would be the last time we would meet. Throughout the entire journey, I felt as if he accompanied me with his gaze," he writes.
"A clarification about the death of the Mentor"
I was lucky enough to spend the last three weeks of his life with him. Five days before this event, during a conversation, he told me that his legs felt a little swollen. He said this in an indirect way, without making it a topic, and I thought it was something ordinary, like a momentary fatigue or a minor concern. After that, he never mentioned this problem again, neither to me nor to his brother.
The day before he died, he saw me off at the airport, and that day something was not as usual. We said goodbye twice together, and the way he looked at me that day was different. It was a deep look, as if he knew that would be the last time we would meet. Throughout the entire trip, I felt as if he accompanied me with his gaze.
In these darkest days of my life, we learned from a relative of his that he had been to the doctor and the results had not come out well regarding his heart. He had been told that he had to go to the hospital. But anyone who knew Mentor knows that he would never submit to this situation. He lived his life his own way, without anyone dictating how he should live it, not even death could dictate the last day of his life.
It seems clear that he had felt something in the last few days, but had chosen to keep it to himself, not wanting to disturb others. His last look and the way he greeted you at the airport seemed to leave behind a silent message, an unspoken but deeply felt farewell.
It's hard to accept such a loss, especially when you realize after the event that there were signs that I didn't fully read in time.
I have not been able to find out which doctor Mentor has been to and what his diagnosis has been in recent months. My greatest desire is to know this in order to understand the situation and to understand what he has been feeling in recent days.
"No, I am 1000% sure that the cause of death was not as the unscrupulous media is speculating, but there were health problems. All those who knew him know what I am saying."
"I am proud to have lived in your time and to have had the opportunity to be with you, even though you are of my blood."
