GJKKO issues verdict for Durim Bami, "Nikla's strongman" sentences him to fewer years in prison than SPAK requested

Three months after the claim requested by the Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime, the GJKKO has decided to announce the decision this Tuesday regarding one of the factions of "Revansh", a file in which Durim Bami and six other people are part.

Media sources confirm that unlike what SPAK had requested for the "Fort of Nikla", Durim Bami will serve 10.8 years in prison regarding this file. The decision has also been given for other members, including Aldo Avdyli and Henerigert Mitri.

SPAK requested:

Aldo Avdyli: 10 years in prison, 6.8 with a shortened trial

Edson Jozëik: 15 years in prison, 10 years with a shortened sentence

Oltion Zefi: 20 years in prison, 13.4 years with a shortened trial

Henerigert Mitri: 9 years in prison, 6 years in prison with a shortened trial

Altin Morina: 13.6 years in prison, 9 years with a shortened trial

Jozi Kraja: 10 years in prison, 6.8 with summary trial

Durim Bami: 21 years in prison, 14 years with a shortened sentence
