Analyst and journalist Poli Hoxha, invited to News24, commented on the new accusations against Belinda Balluku.
Hoxha stressed that the investigations into Balluk have extended abroad. According to him, SPAK should send a second request for Balluk's arrest.
"The head of SPAK Klodian Braho is more rational, because he wants to take the investigations to the end, to have evidence for the accusations he makes, which is not easy, because the institutions do not cooperate. For Balluk, the investigation has also been extended abroad, because the case is complex and this takes time. I expect SPAK to send a second request for the arrest of Balluk, because they have new evidence. To send a request with new findings, because the accusations are very serious. There are findings that SPAK did not have the first time, which are very scandalous. Or if they have that much strength, they can bypass the parliament and arrest him in flagrante delicto. The protest has stripped Edi Rama of his legitimacy," said Hoxha.
He also commented on Berisha's visit to the US. Hoxha underlined that Berisha's non grata exists. For him, Sali Berisha's visit to the US is his personal achievement, but it has no significance for the opposition.
"Sali Berisha's non grata exists. All Berisha's supporters are happy that his non grata was lifted. The State Department says so, but Berisha himself has said that "I have never been non grata." How can Berisha's non grata be lifted, when he himself says that I was not non grata.
"The State Department itself does not say that he has been removed from non grata status. The visit is a personal achievement, but it is not an achievement of the DP," declared Poli Hoxha.
