Four Serbian people who were arrested in Gjakova and are suspected of being officers of the Serbian secret services will continue to remain under detention until a court decision.
The decision was made following the request of the Prosecution. In the initial session held on Monday at the Basic Court in Gjakova, based on the request of the Prosecution against these four arrested, investigations have begun and there is a well-founded suspicion that the defendants committed the criminal offense of "Unauthorized ownership, control or possession of weapons", and as a result, it was proposed to impose a detention measure of 30 days.
