Former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj complains to the Constitutional Court about the control of the apartment
On the run, former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj complains to the Constitutional Court about the control of his cohabitant's apartment.
He requests the annulment of the decision of the Special Court, upheld by the Appeal and the Supreme Court. According to the complaint, the controls are in compliance with the law and unconstitutional, since there was no authorization from the Assembly, because Ahmetaj himself, who enjoyed the mandate of the deputy, lived in one of the apartments. The defense makes four points why it considers the housing control illegal.
Ahmetaj demands the annulment of the decision of the Supreme Court and the sending of the case for retrial to the Appeal.
