Everyone loves fast and very tasty dishes, especially in summer, where staying in the kitchen for long periods of time is a challenge in itself due to the high temperatures.

Ingredients
400 ml milk cream (cream for cakes)
170 ml condensed milk (panda milk)
200 g of dark chocolate
100 g of small cookies
Cocoa
Preparation
To start with the preparation of this recipe, Alfapress.al advises you to crush the cookies with your hands in a deep container and melt 100 g of chocolate.
Meanwhile, in another container, add the panna and mix with an electric beater.
When the latter has taken the form of a cream, add the condensed milk and continue mixing.
As you mix so that all these ingredients are homogeneous and as united as possible, see if the chocolate has melted.
After it has melted, let it cool a little and then pour it into the container where you prepared the cream.
Mix the whole mass with a spatula, adding little by little 100 g of grated chocolate or small pieces of it.
At the end, add the warmed cookies and continue mixing the mixture from top to bottom.
Prepare a rectangular or round pan and cover it with a plastic kitchen bag or kitchen paper.
Add inside it all the mass of cream that you prepared by spreading it evenly in the pan.
Put it in the fridge for at least 6 hours and when you take it out, carefully remove it from the pan, remove the wrapping bag and sprinkle with cocoa and chocolate crumbs.
You can cut it into thin slices and serve as you wish.
This dessert can also be accompanied by cherry jam on top.
